First art journal

This was my first art journal. I had bought this sketch book or scrap book from a dollar tree years ago and had no idea what to do with it. I bought it because of how beautiful it was. I had been reading about art journals as a way to create art that had less pressure and was more about play and enjoyment then getting it right or creating a master work of art. This is my first book and will upload more from my new books. Most of my page ideas come from Pinterest so you may see pages that look familiar.

The left page was from an adult coloring book and I really liked it and decided to put it  in my journal. The right is a drawing I had done a long time ago and added some color to.  

These two were Pinterest inspired but I don't have the the links to the originals.

The one on the left is my hands down favorite of this book. 

The right page was inspired by pepperandtwine on instagram. Her pages are very fun and interesting.

However I love hers and hate mine. I don't know what would make it better. It's just so blah.
